·   Master Scheduler for CB&I for the second time at the 4 Corners plant.

Outage & Construction Primavera P6 Scheduler

·   Contracted with Day & Zimmerman, NPS for multiple small construction projects and 1 boiler outage.

·   Project values ranged from $20,000 to $3M: capital and maintenance

·   Set up the Primavera 6.2 structure.

·   Mentored my Project Manager in Primavera to the point he was able to plan with the tool.

·   Worked from estimates to build Capital and Maintenance schedules for 6 plants.

·   Developed resourced schedules to the point Primavera became the tool for submittals to APS.

·   Preformed walk-downs, updated, status, and informed management of issues through daily reports.

·   Used MS Project as an estimating tool as needed when working with others.

·   Contracted thru Worldwide Turnaround Mgmt. Co, Houston, TX

·   Implemented Primavera 6.2 for a $15M bi-annual plant turnaround for equipment common to a nitrogen fertilizer plant.

·   Was the sole scheduler on site with oversight of the TA schedule.

·   Set up the structure, coding, layouts, to work with operations.

·   Worked from historical records to develop a three-week schedule.

·   Loaded resources for craft work and provided histograms for management.

·   Mentored my project manager during development to the point he could use the tool.

·   Updated twice daily, produced reports for shift-change meetings.

·   Tracked work orders, schedule variance, and earned value data within the schedule.

·   Developed logic; resource assignments; and leveled man-hours using ‘step-out sheets’ provided by Field Leads.

·   Tied piping tasks within the refinery master turnaround schedule.

·   $4B project passed by Congress to upgrade airport terminals across the US to improve flight safety.

·   Worked with one finance analyst to create the foundation for the program within Primavera.
